The sales contracting process is of utmost importance to Crosby Hops and this position requires an individual that is committed to excellence in their work.

In the spirit of continuous improvement and dedication to the customer experience, the Contract Specialist will be expected to think critically about the contracting process in its current state and assess opportunities for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full-cycle administration of sales contracts
    • Originating formal documentation based on completed and approved RFQs
  • Seeking execution of documents by approved signers
  • Administration and understanding of contract amendment documents
    • Contract additions and releases
  • Special terms agreements
  • Contract data management
    • Rapid and accurate entry of contract data into ERP system
  • Modify existing contract records in accordance with documented amendments
  • Routine audits of contract data to ensure accuracy
  • Report on and update CRM system to reflect contract status
  • Reliable source of information
    • Assist internal and external customers with contract-related issues and inquiries
  • Update and maintain SOPs within the framework of Crosby Hops’ Quality and Document Management System
  • Customer Success team support
    • Assists with order fulfillment and other Customer Success activities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years experience in contract administration or accounting department functions
  • Intermediate understanding of business-to-business contracting
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Dynamics NAV/Pipedrive experience a plus
  • Familiarity with digital signature services; HelloSign a plus
