Tips For Using CGX™ Fresh Hops

Storage

Keep CGX Fresh Hops stored at freezing temperatures until ready to use for up to 30 days after pick date. This ensures that the hops maintain their peak freshness.

Usage

CGX Fresh Hops come in a powder-like consistency, similar to kinetic sand, with ideal density for ease of use at any point in the brewing process.

Due to their enhanced potency, you may need to adjust your typical fresh hop dosing. Here are recommended starting ratios.

• 1 lb. T-90 : 5 lbs. Fresh Hops
• 1 lb. CGX Fresh Hops: ~2 lbs. Fresh Hops

For optimal aroma and flavor, add CGX Fresh Hops late in the boil, during whirlpooling, or as dry hop additions.

Innovation
