Fresh hop season fills the air with excitement and ceremony for brewers, farmers, and craft beer drinkers around the globe awaiting the next great fresh hop brew. Fresh hops (also referred to as green or wet hops) are un-dried, raw hops picked from the bine and used in the brewing process usually within 24 hours. Hops are a perennial plant thus fresh hops are only available during the hop harvest season which lies around mid-August to late September in the Northern Hemisphere.
All fresh hops are $5/pound.

Fresh hop orders reserved in advance are available by 7 AM on the date the variety is picked (pick date subject to change). Note that pickup at the farm is encouraged and available by appointment only.
